It is based upon Dumfries Shed in the 1950/60s and takes its name from the road that splits the yard in two.

Faskally Junction is the club's first venture in to O Gauge modelling. Based just north of Pitlochry on the Highland line, it serves the area of Strath Tummel.
Stanley Junction is about 8 miles north of Perth on what was the Caledonian Railway’s main line from Perth to Aberdeen via Forfar.
